Lancaster Pennsylvania's burningbus! recorded and released two albums, Sunny Side Up and Greener. Both records received critical acclaim, airplay and success in the mid-Atlantic US. Led by the duo of Loretta and Trixi, burningbus! made music that was not necessary to categorize. Gorgeous vocals, personal lyrics, stellar instrumentation, complex arrangements and huge poly-rhythms, the music would take any number of directions, all with the unique presentation of burningbus!. The band toured extensively throughout the Northeast, and developed a solid following while playing with the likes of Dave Matthews Band, Big Head Todd and the Monsters, Boxing Ghandis and many others. Since disbanding, all of the members have been busy with new projects, including the Inca Campers, as led by Trixi and including Neil and Loretta. There is much more to come. |
